Many of us have learned to suppress our feelings, isolate ourselves, and push through pain alone. In a culture that values individualism—amplified by societal polarization, pandemic isolation, and disconnection from nature—this can deepen our suffering. Reconnecting with ourselves is a powerful step toward healing and more meaningful connection with others.
Stress and trauma can become stored in the body, leading to chronic stress, depression, and a sense of being stuck. I’m passionate about supporting individuals who want to live with more clarity, purpose, and emotional freedom. Choosing to invest in your wellbeing can be a courageous and transformative decision.
I work with adults facing a range of concerns—climate anxiety and grief, existential questions, mood issues, trauma, and relationship challenges—often at the intersection of personal struggles and global uncertainty. Together, we’ll explore your inner world with care and curiosity, helping you process difficult emotions and realign with your core values.
I also draw on Dr. Brené Brown’s research to guide individuals and groups in building shame resilience, self-compassion, and the courage to live more authentically and wholeheartedly.
